A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
The hospital is extremely busy. While the cases from the Adil Hoca Fondation and the emergency come one after the other, no one has even the opportunity to take the shock of Nazlı's attack. Above all, the illness of a very old friend of Vuslat makes things difficult. A patient prone to violence gets obsessed with Nazlı. Vuslat mobilizes the whole hospital to save his friend.
