Ali is trying to cope with and get to know his new feelings. Tanju begins to investigate the cases of the emergency and puts Nazlı, who cannot face the death she caused, into a corner. Kıvılcım leaves an impossible case in Ferman and Beliz's arms to avenge his expulsion from the hospital. Açelya is deeply disappointed, and Tanju and Kıvılcım make a plan to get rid of Ali and Adil.
