A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
Ali is stuck in an unreachable place and everyone is desperate. Meanwhile, Vuslat begins to impose harsh sanctions to return the hospital to normal functioning. But Ferman and Nazlı make a last attempt to reach Ali and become the target of Vuslat's arrows. Meanwhile, learning of Adil's death, Ezo is determined to talk to Ali but it is forbidden for him to leave the clinic before his treatment is finished. Eventually, the winds of change will blow again at Berhayat Hospital and only a lucky few will reach what they want.
