Ali finally finds the bike he's looking for. But Adil is not at all fine to this bike idea. Things are complicated at the hospital anyway. When two complaints were made about him, the board of directors decided to meet with an urgent agenda and the subject is Ali's future in the hospital. On the other hand, Ferman gets an opportunity to help an old patient, and Tanju's patient faces a difficult choice. While everyone faces their regrets, the board meets for Ali.
