With the love tactics he got from Demir, Ali tries them with Nazlı for the first time but this goes very badly. On the other hand, Beliz, who got better with Ferman, decides to use the proceeds of the donation night for a charity. When Kıvılcım goes against this, the battle for control of the hospital starts all over again.
