A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
Learning about Ali - Nazlı relationship, Tanju takes the ropes when another complaint is made about Ali. Tanju suggests that what confuses Ali is his relationship with Nazlı, and if Ali makes another mistake, the hospital will not approve of this relationship. Ali and Nazlı have to be more careful than ever. But Ali personalizes his case despite all the warnings and tries to find a way to help his young patient more at the expense of throwing himself into the fire.
