A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
Things are about to get out of control in the emergency room. Eventually, one of the crew members can't take any longer and rushes in to help. There is some control, but the danger is not over yet. As Ferman's situation continues to get worse, the team that does not have sufficient opportunities inside asks for the help of the relatives of the patients. Everyone will have to do their best to survive the epidemic safely. As if all this was not enough, on top of that, a birth begins in the emergency.
