A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
Ali is unhappy to death because he lost his Adil Hoca, but he is happy that they are reunited with Nazlı and he struggles between these two opposite feelings. On the other hand, Ezo, who learns that Ali and Nazlı are making peace, seeks his own heart about Ali, with his mother's suppression. Ferman does the same about Beliz, who quickly got closer to Tanju.
