A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
Deciding that they need to do more daring surgeries in order to level the hospital, Tanju continues to turn Ferman against Ali. Ferda's return from the conference greases Tanju's bread, and Ferman and Ferda fight a rematch of the earlier claim. While difficult, even more surgically unexplored cases climb rapidly, Nazlı tries not to heed the rumors that Ali had met with someone, and Ali tries to raise Ezo, who could not even get out of bed. Finally, the sad truths will come to light and the trumps will be shared once again at Berhayat Hospital.
