A Turkish remake of popular American TV series, which follows a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious hospital.
Because of a secret, Betüş cannot be operated on and Adil is forced to gather a board. Meanwhile, a man who was seriously injured while trying to act as a hero comes to the emergency room. But a procedure has not yet been invented to prevent the man from being crippled. Ferman still does not give up and starts a race between the assistants. On the other hand, Betüş, who learns that Ali likes someone, presses him to open up to the one he loves. Eventually, all the facts are revealed and Betüş escapes from the hospital.
